Your agreement with Kampvie
These terms govern your use of Kampvie sites, apps, and services. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms.
1) Services
Kampvie provides app publishing, design, development, and related services. This includes publishing the app OBDiag ProScan Engine by developer Tran Van Hieu under the store name Kampvie. Specific scopes, deliverables, and fees are defined in proposals or statements of work (SOWs). In case of conflict, the SOW controls.
2) Acceptable use
You will not:
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities or bypass security controls.
- Access non-public areas or interfere with service availability (e.g., DDoS, malware).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code where not permitted by law.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform policy.
3) Subscriptions & payments (if applicable)
If a subscription applies in an app:
- Payment is charged to your App Store / Play Store account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
- Unused portions of free trials are forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
4) Intellectual property
Kampvie retains rights to pre-existing IP, internal tooling, and reusable components. Client-specific deliverables are assigned as outlined in the applicable contract. You will not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials except as agreed in writing.
5) Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
6) Data & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge those policies.
7) Third-party services
We may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., app stores, analytics, payment processors). Their terms govern your use of those services, and we are not responsible for their performance.
8) Warranties & disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kampvie’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services or these terms is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or applicable laws. Either party may terminate an SOW as provided in that SOW.
11) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in the applicable SOW, or if none, the laws of the jurisdiction of Kampvie’s principal place of business, excluding conflict of law rules.
12) Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
